Salam Pak Recipe-Gujarati Sweet? - how to make salam pak sweet

I try to find a recipe for Salam Pak and am not sure of the spelling. I searched the Internet for changes Salam / etc Salem, but was not a single picture. Has anyone a recipe or know the correct spelling, so that I could find a recipe. This tidbit is a little dark brown and is traditionally done during the winter season. Thank you!

Tuvar Gujarati Dal recipe
Gujarati Recipe Gujarati Dal tuvar is bitter and sweet.

1 cup split red gram
• 1 tomato finely chopped
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 4 cups water
• 1 tsp mustard seeds
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger
• 2 green peppers slot
• 1 / 2 teaspoon asafoetida Tea
• 1 / 2 tsp turmeric powder Tea
• 1 c. Tea Lemon
• Jaggery and salt to taste
• 4 curry leaves

How tuvar Gujarati Dal:
• Soak the dal in water sharing tuvar for about an hour.
• Mix turmeric powder, salt and a drop of oil to the gram, soaked with water.
• Heat over medium heat, bring to a boil.
• Then reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes, until the program is fully cooked.
• Heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin and asafoetida.
